The theme of the Hackathon was ‘How can we elevate Chandigarh Tricity to the next level of digitization’. Students and IT professionals from various institutions came together to identify problems and design suitable solutions. The problem statements included Patient’s vital stats using IOT, Smart LPG regulator, Smart City Application using Artificial Intelligence and Hospital Queue Management.

The event consisted of separate tracks for IT professionals and college students respectively. The teams who qualified for the final round were evaluated by a panel of experts from across fields in the city. The Jury members included Mr. Ajay Srivastava – STPI Joint Director, Mohali, Dr. Mahesh-Head OPD, PGI, Chandigarh, Mr. Sanjay Sharma -General Manager – HUDA , Panchkula, Mr. Vikas Ahuja -DC Head Chandigarh, along with internal members from Infosys.
